BHUMP comenz\u00f3 inicialmente como un proyecto de amistad y, a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, se ha desarrollado para brindar apoyo integral a los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>BHUMP ofrece capacitaci\u00f3n estructurada, apoyo pr\u00e1ctico y emocional a los j\u00f3venes espec\u00edficamente para abordar problemas de aislamiento y salud mental y para ayudar a la integraci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos muy orgullosos de haber podido ejecutar este proyecto durante 15 a\u00f1os en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con los Servicios Sociales de Hillingdon, quienes brindan la gran mayor\u00eda de las referencias iniciales de los j\u00f3venes. Nos asociamos con agencias voluntarias locales, as\u00ed como con servicios estatutarios, para proporcionar una mayor profundidad de actividades y programas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando nos remiten a estos j\u00f3venes extremadamente vulnerables, les ofrecemos una reuni\u00f3n formal de evaluaci\u00f3n individual, establecemos l\u00edneas de base y adaptamos una hoja de ruta individual integral para medir su progreso. Hacemos un seguimiento regular, con reuniones semanales o mensuales para garantizar que se cumpla el progreso. Esto crea una fuente regular de apoyo y orientaci\u00f3n estructurada para ayudarlos a superar su dif\u00edcil transici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ofrecemos una gama completa de servicios y talleres estructurados que imparten formaci\u00f3n personalizada.
