Como tutor voluntario, puede tener un gran impacto en los j\u00f3venes a los que apoya.<\/p>\n

Nuestros tutores hacen m\u00e1s que simplemente ayudar a los estudiantes a resolver una ecuaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n act\u00faan como modelos positivos y aumentan las aspiraciones de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n

Como tutor de matem\u00e1ticas, podr\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Imparta lecciones de matem\u00e1ticas a los j\u00f3venes en sesiones semanales. HRSG proporcionar\u00e1 recursos que le permitir\u00e1n concentrarse en la entrega.<\/p>\n

Trabajar individualmente o con grupos peque\u00f1os de estudiantes para ayudar a mejorar su capacidad acad\u00e9mica, desarrollar su confianza en las matem\u00e1ticas y ayudarlos a trabajar en sus habilidades de estudio.<\/p>\n

Actuando en todo momento como un modelo positivo para los estudiantes.<\/p>\n

Cualidades que buscamos:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conocimiento de la asignatura<\/strong>: debe ser un apasionado y tener conocimientos sobre matem\u00e1ticas y sentirse seguro en la tutor\u00eda a nivel GCSE.<\/li>\n
  • Comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> ser\u00e1s creativo, entusiasta y claro en su comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  • Compromiso:<\/strong> a asistir a cada sesi\u00f3n y llegar a tiempo, completamente preparado para la sesi\u00f3n. Debe estar dispuesto a comprometerse con una sesi\u00f3n a la semana (generalmente de 1 a 1,5 horas) durante 6 meses.<\/li>\n
  • Tenacidad:<\/strong> Ser\u00e1s paciente y estar\u00e1s listo para usar tu iniciativa. Cierta experiencia de trabajo con j\u00f3venes es beneficiosa pero no esencial.<\/li>\n
  • Empat\u00eda:<\/strong> Debes identificarte con los j\u00f3venes con la capacidad de construir relaciones s\u00f3lidas. Cuanto m\u00e1s c\u00f3modos est\u00e9n el uno con el otro, m\u00e1s saldr\u00e1n ambos del programa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Consideraciones pr\u00e1cticas:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Pagaremos los gastos de viaje por cada sesi\u00f3n de tutor\u00eda a la que asista.<\/p>\n

    Todos los voluntarios deben estar dispuestos a someterse a una verificaci\u00f3n de DBS mejorada.<\/p>\n

    Contamos con tutores voluntarios de entre 18 y 92 a\u00f1os, de diferentes or\u00edgenes, incluidos estudiantes, profesionales en activo y jubilados.<\/p>\n

    Habilidades adquiridas:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
