Es una organizaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica registrada y una compa\u00f1\u00eda limitada por garant\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La junta directiva de la empresa tambi\u00e9n son fideicomisarios de la organizaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica. Para ayudarnos a crecer, necesitamos miembros experimentados del p\u00fablico que se unan a nuestra Junta. Estamos particularmente interesados en reclutar miembros de la comunidad local en Hillingdon que tengan una o m\u00e1s de las siguientes habilidades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiencia o conocimiento de los problemas que enfrentan los j\u00f3venes refugiados no acompa\u00f1ados y solicitantes de asilo.<\/li>\n<li>El sector del voluntariado<\/li>\n<li>recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos<\/li>\n<li>Educaci\u00f3n y entrenamiento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como fideicomisario voluntario, se asegurar\u00e1, con los dem\u00e1s fideicomisarios, de que la organizaci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica act\u00fae de acuerdo con su constituci\u00f3n y gestione sus actividades en cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en dicha constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los Patronos pasar\u00e1n por un per\u00edodo de inducci\u00f3n, destinado a familiarizarlos con el<\/p>\n<p>trabajo de la Caridad y su papel como S\u00edndicos.<\/p>\n<p>El papel de S\u00edndico es una posici\u00f3n voluntaria no remunerada.
