Actuellement\u00a0<strong>seulement 30%<\/strong>\u00a0des jeunes issus de milieux d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s obtiennent les notes n\u00e9cessaires pour progresser dans l&#039;\u00e9ducation, l&#039;emploi ou la formation, pour\u00a0<strong>autres 70% leur<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>les options sont consid\u00e9rablement limit\u00e9es<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>En tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9vole, vous agirez comme un mod\u00e8le adulte positif pour les jeunes que vous soutenez. Quels que soient votre parcours ou vos exp\u00e9riences,\u00a0<strong>vous pouvez leur inspirer de l&#039;ambition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous voulons que nos tuteurs se sentent confiants dans le sujet sur lequel ils dirigent, donc nous aimerions id\u00e9alement que vous ayez obtenu un B ou plus dans ce sujet, ou similaire, au niveau A (ou dans une qualification \u00e9quivalente) et que vous ayez atteint, ou \u00eatre \u00e9tudiant pour, un dipl\u00f4me. Nous consid\u00e9rons d&#039;autres qualifications et exp\u00e9riences: l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de travail avec les jeunes est utile mais pas essentielle.
