En tant que tuteur b\u00e9n\u00e9vole, vous pouvez avoir un impact important sur les jeunes que vous soutenez.<\/p>\n

Nos tuteurs font plus que simplement aider les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 travers une \u00e9quation, ils agissent \u00e9galement comme des mod\u00e8les positifs et \u00e9l\u00e8vent les aspirations des \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n

En tant que professeur de math\u00e9matiques, vous:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Donner des cours de math\u00e9matiques aux jeunes dans le cadre de sessions hebdomadaires. HRSG fournira des ressources, vous permettant de vous concentrer sur la livraison.<\/p>\n

Travailler en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate ou avec de petits groupes d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves pour les aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs capacit\u00e9s scolaires, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur confiance en les math\u00e9matiques et \u00e0 les aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n

En tout temps, agir comme un mod\u00e8le de r\u00f4le positif pour les \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n

Qualit\u00e9s recherch\u00e9es:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Connaissance du sujet<\/strong>: vous devez \u00eatre passionn\u00e9 et bien inform\u00e9 en math\u00e9matiques et vous sentir confiant dans le tutorat au niveau GCSE.<\/li>\n
  • La communication:<\/strong> vous serez cr\u00e9atif, enthousiaste et clair dans leur communication.<\/li>\n
  • Engagement:<\/strong> d'assister \u00e0 chaque session et d'arriver \u00e0 l'heure, parfaitement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour la session. Vous devez \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 vous engager \u00e0 une session par semaine (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 1 \u00e0 1,5 heures) pendant 6 mois.<\/li>\n
  • T\u00e9nacit\u00e9:<\/strong> Vous serez, patient et pr\u00eat \u00e0 utiliser votre initiative. Une certaine exp\u00e9rience de travail avec les jeunes est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique mais pas indispensable.<\/li>\n
  • Empathie:<\/strong> Vous devez avoir des relations avec les jeunes et avoir la capacit\u00e9 de nouer des relations solides. Plus vous serez \u00e0 l'aise l'un avec l'autre, plus vous sortirez tous les deux du programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Nous paierons les frais de d\u00e9placement par session de tutorat suivie.<\/p>\n

    Tous les volontaires doivent \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 subir un contr\u00f4le DBS am\u00e9lior\u00e9<\/p>\n

    Nous avons des tuteurs b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 92 ans, de tous horizons diff\u00e9rents, y compris des \u00e9tudiants, des professionnels en activit\u00e9 et des retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
